Cookie policy
Which cookies this site sets, what they are for, and how to change your choice. There is no banner because the site does not need one: the only third-party service that sets cookies, the Google map, loads only when you ask for it.
1.What a cookie is
A cookie is a small text file that a website stores in your browser to recognise it on the next request. Technical cookies make the site work and need no consent (art. 122 of the Italian Privacy Code, as clarified by the Garante's guidelines of 10 June 2021). Profiling cookies follow you to build a profile and require consent: this site sets none.

The site also stores one value in your browser's local storage, not a cookie: ds-consenso-mappa remembers whether you agreed to load the Google map, so that you are not asked again. It never leaves your device and you can clear it below.
3.Third parties
Google Maps. The map on the contact page is a Google frame. It loads only after you click "Show the map": until then the site does not contact Google and no Google cookie is set. When it loads, Google receives your IP address and may set its own cookies (for example NID or CONSENT) under its privacy policy. You can withdraw this consent below. Google privacy policy
Visit statistics. We use Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights, which work without cookies and without identifying visitors: they count page views and measure loading speed, and record no persistent identifier on your device.
Nothing else. No Google Analytics, no Meta pixel, no advertising or social-media trackers.
4.Your choices
The only choice this site asks of you concerns the map, and you can change it here at any time. Technical cookies can be deleted or blocked from your browser settings; blocking them may stop the language choice from being remembered and the payment form from working.
